Книжка складається з 17 життєвих історій, які представляють історію одного класу.  У цьому класі вчиться дівчинка Майя. У кожного з  її однокласників, як і у всіх нас, – своя особлива та унікальна родина. Майу, наприклад, виховують дві мами, а її татко – секретний донор. Когось всиновили, а когось виховують мама та бабуся. Діти з різних сімей вчаться пліч-о-пліч і кожна дитина має право рости у любові та безпеці, не зважаючи на те, хто її батьки і скільки їх. Головне, щоб у родині панувала любов.

The book consists of 17 life stories that represent the history of the whole class.  A girl Maya studies in this class.  Each of her classmates, like all of us, has its own unique family.  Maya, for example, has two mothers, and her dad is a secret donor. Somebody is adopted, and someone is brought up by mother and grandmother. Children from different families study side by side and every child has the right to grow up in love and safety, despite the fact  who their parents are and how many of them.  The main point is that love should live in every family.
